Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Where your order ships from
JohnChunkyStore is run from Widnes, UK, but our products are sent directly to you from our suppliers' warehouses, which are mostly overseas (usually China). This keeps our prices low, but it does mean delivery takes a little longer than a UK warehouse would.

Delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Delivery then usually takes 4–8 working days, so most orders arrive within 5–10 working days of ordering. Occasionally, customs checks or carrier delays can add a few extra days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delivery costs
Standard UK delivery is £4.99, or free on orders of £25 or more. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no extra customs or import charges to pay on delivery.

Multiple items
If you order several items, they may come from different suppliers and arrive in separate parcels on different days.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Late or missing parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days, email us at johnchunky73@gmail.com with your order number and we'll track it down. If it's lost, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
